As a resident of Northern Virginia for over 30 years – living and working across the counties of Loudoun, Fairfax, Arlington, Alexandria City, Prince William, Clarke, and Fauquier – she’s built a comprehensive knowledge of residential properties and communities. Her clientele ranges from first-time buyers to estate buyers and sophisticated investors.

Carrie’s success as a real estate professional is enabled by a unique set of corporate and entrepreneurial endeavors. As Director of Marketing Operations at AOL, she sourced billions of dollars in contract value and built world-class skills in negotiation and process management. As a professional photographer serving the real estate community, she developed a keen eye for home staging and detail – and she personally designs and produces exceptional marketing materials for her client’s listed properties. She is also elegant and charismatic, leveraging years as a classical ballet dancer and as an NFL and NBA cheerleader to bring enthusiasm and elegance to everything she does.
